KYLE TWOMEY
Kyle Twomey brings a unique perspective to Athlete Law Group as both a former professional athlete and one of the firm’s earliest clients. A standout pitcher at the University of Southern California, Kyle was drafted by the Chicago Cubs and later went on to play for the Oakland A’s organization.
Having experienced the physical toll of a professional sports career firsthand, Kyle possesses a deep understanding of how injuries can impact an athlete’s livelihood, identity, and future. After going through the California workers’ compensation process himself as a client of Athlete Law Group—and seeing the value and clarity it provided—Kyle was inspired to join the team to help other athletes in similar situations.
Because sports organizations fail to disclose even the most basic workers’ compensation protections, athletes are routinely left uninformed and vulnerable. Determined to change that, Kyle joined Athlete Law Group to help educate athletes and make certain they understand the rights and medical benefits owed to them.
Today, he assists with client education and case management, ensuring every athlete receives the same level of care and advocacy that guided him through his own experience.
